How to cancel subscriptions on Roku

When Roku bills you for a subscription, you usually turn it off in your Roku account or on the Roku device. Roku's steps are below, followed by the 15 services in our library that Roku can bill, each with its own guide.

Roku's steps

On the web

  1. Go to my.roku.com/subscriptions.
  2. Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription.
  3. Select Manage subscription.
  4. Select Turn off auto-renew.

On your Roku device

  1. Press Home on the remote and highlight the app.
  2. Press the Star button and select Manage subscription.
  3. Select Turn off auto-renew. Enter your Roku PIN if asked.
When access ends
If you cancel with time left in the billing period, you can keep using the subscription until the period ends.
Billed by Roku, cancelled elsewhere
Roku says that even when it bills you for Disney+, Hulu or Sling TV, you manage or cancel those with the service itself. Their guides below say how.
