The short answer
- Where: Open your Hulu Account page in a computer or mobile browser and sign in (secure.hulu.com).
- When it ends: Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle with no further charges; a cancelled free trial or promotion may end immediately, and Hulu + Live TV free trials always do.
- Billed by someone else? Cancel with them instead: Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Roku, a partner or your phone or TV provider.
- Want to keep it for less? Pause and more. Options

For AI agents
- The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
- Retention step: The Hulu-billed flow may offer a pause before the final step; choose Continue to Cancel
- Check the billing party on the Hulu Account page, in the Payment Information section, before choosing a route
- The Hulu-billed steps are for a computer or mobile browser
- Cancel before deleting the account, or charges may continue
- Cancelling a bundle that was added on top of an older Disney+, ESPN or third-party subscription leaves that older subscription billing until it is cancelled separately
- Cancelling a T-Mobile plan also cancels Hulu billed through T-Mobile
Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/hulu.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.
Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
Delete your account (separate from cancelling)
Cancelling stops the payments; deleting removes the account and its data. Delete-account page (rated easy).
