Keep it for less

Before cancelling, check whether one of these does the job. Offers change and differ by account.

  • Cheaper plan Move from the Streaming Platinum Plan to the lower Streaming Music & Entertainment Plan (for Apple billing, change it in your Apple subscriptions; it takes effect at the end of the billing cycle); with Google Play billing there's no switch: cancel Platinum (you can stream until the billing cycle ends), then buy the lower plan siriusxm.com

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • Uninstalling the app, selling or trading in your vehicle, or not listening does not cancel
  • Cancelling one subscription does not cancel others on the account
  • Trial or extended subscriptions included with a vehicle purchase don't auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel
  • Chat with an agent and phone (866-635-8641 on the help page; the Customer Agreement lists 1-866-635-2349 for audio plans) are alternatives to the Online Account Center
  • On a Roku device you can also cancel from the Home screen: highlight SiriusXM, press the Star button, choose Manage subscription, then Turn off auto-renew
  • T-Mobile billing: in the T-Mobile app go to Account, then Manage Data and Add-ons; if you have trouble, dial 611 from your T-Mobile phone or call 1-800-937-8997
  • Aviation, Marine, Infotainment and Commercial Fleet plans end on the date SiriusXM receives your request, with a pro-rata refund of prepaid amounts less fees, unless the plan's offer details say otherwise (Aviation/Marine: 1-800-985-9200)
  • SiriusXM Podcasts+ is a separate subscription: if Supporting Cast powers it, cancel at siriusxm.supportingcast.fm/account

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/siriusxm.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
