Before you cancel

Export first

• Recordings in your Library: Log in, click Library in the left menu, click the three dots next to a recording, select Download and follow the flow. Download before the paid term ends: recordings stop being available after it and can't be restored support.streamyard.com support.streamyard.com

What happens to your data

Recordings are no longer available once the paid term expires, and StreamYard says it can't restore them if you reactivate. The Terms say content is retained for 6 months from your last payment after a downgrade to free, after which content more than 12 months old may be deleted.

What you lose

• Access to your recordings once the paid term expires
• Paid features (the Free plan's limits apply)
• Unused add-ons and allowances, which are not reimbursed
