For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • Cancelling is a downgrade to the Free edition: the account and data stay
  • Zoho's Terms: a paid plan renews unless you downgrade to Free before the renewal date or tell Zoho at least 7 days before it
  • Missed the renewal? Zoho's refund policy makes you eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 5 business days after a monthly renewal or 15 days after an annual one
  • The free trial asks for no card and moves to the Free plan when it ends, so it needs no cancelling
  • To delete the Bigin account: export what you need (deleted records can't be recovered), remove the in-built telephony subscription, downgrade to Free and deactivate all other users; 7 days later the Delete Bigin account link appears in Settings > Organization (Company details)
  • Unpaid accounts inactive for 120 days may be terminated and their data deleted
  • Back up before downgrading: paid editions include two free backups a month, while Free accounts must buy a one-time backup
  • Bought in the iPhone app? Apple bills it: cancel in the App Store (Subscriptions, Bigin by Zoho CRM) or in the Bigin app (Settings, your plan, Manage Subscription, Cancel subscription); ask Apple for refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/bigin.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
