How to cancel Sales Navigator

Online Core and Advanced plans are cancelled in LinkedIn Admin Center (Purchases, then Cancel subscription); plans bought through LinkedIn's sales team go through your account manager, and iOS purchases through Apple. It ends at the cycle's end, but saved leads, accounts and messages can't be exported and are deleted.

The short answer

  • Where: Open LinkedIn Admin Center. Core: in LinkedIn, go to Settings & Privacy, then Account Preferences, then Subscriptions & payments, then Manage Premium account, then Manage Subscription. Advanced: in Sales Navigator, click Admin, then Admin Center.
  • When it ends: The account is cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Billed by someone else? Cancel with them instead: Apple.

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • Nothing can be exported: move data to a corporate license first if your company has one
  • If your employer provides Sales Navigator, ask your admin to remove you instead
  • Cancel Sales Navigator before closing your personal LinkedIn account

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/linkedin_sales_navigator.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.

Delete your account (separate from cancelling)

Cancelling stops the payments; deleting removes the account and its data. Delete-account page (rated medium).
