Keep it for less
Before cancelling, check whether one of these does the job. Offers change and differ by account.
- Pay yearly Annual Mail plans are about 17% cheaper: Starter $300/year instead of $30/month, Business $396/year instead of $40/month. Monthly subscribers can email hello@superhuman.com to switch; the invoice is prorated help.superhuman.com
- Student or nonprofit price Student and nonprofit pricing for Mail: email hello@superhuman.com to ask help.superhuman.com
- Fewer seats On a Mail team, an Admin can remove teammates you no longer pay for (Manage Team, then Remove Member); the help doesn't say when the bill drops help.superhuman.com help.superhuman.com
Cheaper ways to get the same job done
Stackcut prices the alternatives to Superhuman (Grammarly, Mail, Go) from public list prices.
For AI agents
- The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
- Retention step: Superhuman suite: after Continue to cancel you must pick a cancellation reason before the final Cancel Subscription. The Mail-only flow's screens are not documented
- Mail is billed one of two ways: a Mail-only subscription (Cmd+K, Cancel Subscription) or a Superhuman suite Business plan (settings.superhuman.com/billing). Check which one charges you
- Buying the suite does not replace a team Mail subscription: teams keep being billed for Mail separately. An individual Mail-only subscription is cancelled automatically, with a prorated refund, when you buy the Business suite
- Suite subscription changes apply to Grammarly, Docs and Go as well as Mail
- Team members can't cancel on their own: ask the team admin, or use Cmd+K, Billing Support
- After cancelling, you can also revoke Superhuman's access to your mailbox: in your Google account permissions (click Superhuman, then Remove), or in your Microsoft account's Privacy tab under Apps and services that can access your data
- To come back later, sign up again at superhuman.com/plans/mail with the same account
Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/superhuman.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.
Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
