The account owner signs in at my.splashtop.com, opens Subscriptions from the blue circle, and turns off auto-renewal. Access lasts to the end of the period; there are no refunds. Sales-procured subscriptions need email notice to sales@splashtop.com 30 days before renewal. App add-ons bought through Google Play or Apple cancel there.

  • Where: Sign in to the my.splashtop.com web portal with your Splashtop Account (my.splashtop.com).
  • When it ends: The subscription no longer auto-renews; the product stays usable until the end of the current subscription period.
  • Contract notice: No later than 30 days before the automatic renewal; without timely notice, the existing quantities renew unchanged. How to give notice

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/splashtop.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
