How to cancel SendPulse

In the web app, click your profile picture, then Payments, My Subscriptions, select the plan and click Cancel subscription; give a reason and confirm. The plan stays active until the billing period ends. All plans renew automatically. Refunds cover only unspent funds within 30 days, and none after 200 emails are sent.

  • When it ends: At the end of the billing period: the card isn't charged again and the tool becomes inaccessible.

What happens to your data

No retention period after cancelling is stated. The Terms let SendPulse permanently delete the account and its data, terminate accounts inactive for 24 months, and delete chatbots idle for 90 days without a paid plan; you can ask for account deletion at any time.

What you lose

  • Access to the tool once the billing period ends
  • Funds remaining on the account, which are not returned unless there are special grounds for a refund
  • Chatbots idle for more than 90 days may be deleted once there is no active paid plan

Keep it for less

Before cancelling, check whether one of these does the job. Offers change and differ by account.

  • Cheaper plan Switch to a plan with fewer contacts. Your current plan stays active until the billing period ends, and the switch is scheduled for the end of that period. The unused value of your current plan is not applied to the new plan price. sendpulse.com
  • Pay yearly Yearly billing is 20% off, and 6-month billing is 10% off. Monthly billing has no discount. sendpulse.com
  • Free plan Free Email plan: up to 500 subscribers and 15,000 emails per month sendpulse.com
  • Pause Postpone the subscription for up to 60 days with no payments taken, if you pay through Stripe, Braintree, Flutterwave or Monobank; it then renews automatically sendpulse.com

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • Retention step: The Cancel subscription window first offers to switch to another subscription or postpone; choose Cancel subscription, then give a reason and confirm
  • Every subscription renews automatically (monthly, 6-month or yearly); cancel before the next charge
  • Payments, My Subscriptions lists your pricing plans: cancel each plan you no longer want
  • Paying for a cancelled subscription renews it automatically
  • A free trial converts to a paid plan automatically when it ends
  • Cancelling doesn't delete the account; ask SendPulse to delete it if you want that
  • Refunds are limited: unspent funds within 30 days of payment, and none once 200 emails have been sent

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/sendpulse.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
