How to cancel Ringover

Send a termination request from support.ringover.com at least 30 days before your next subscription term starts. Plans renew automatically, there's no refund, and leaving mid-term costs the last invoice times the months left. Port your numbers out before the term ends: porting isn't allowed after termination.

  • The terms say a customer may de-activate a subscription at any time, and also require 30 days' notice before the next term. Which one applies to a given plan isn't explained.
  • Ringover's help center has no article on cancelling, so the steps above follow the terms.
  • No confirmation that a termination request was received is documented.
  • The pricing page lists paid plans with a 12-month commitment but doesn't say whether that applies to monthly billing too.
  • The terms for companies outside the US and Canada are a separate document; their notice, fee and refund rules aren't covered here.
  • How long call data, recordings and account data are kept after an account closes isn't stated in the terms.
  • Exporting call history, recordings or contacts before cancelling isn't documented.
  • The pricing page also lists Meet.us, Empower and Airo plans. Their cancellation steps aren't covered here.
