How to cancel pCloud

At my.pcloud.com, click your Account avatar, Manage Subscription, Cancel; access lasts to the end of the paid period. App Store and Google Play purchases are cancelled there. Lifetime plans are one-time payments. After a plan ends, files above the free quota are kept only 30 days.

The short answer

  • Where: Sign in to my.pcloud.com, click your Account avatar and select Manage Subscription (pcloud.com).
  • When it ends: The cancellation applies to the next billing period: you keep access until the end of the current paid period; after a 5-day grace period the account turns into a free (Basic) account.
  • Billed by someone else? Cancel with them instead: Apple or Google Play.
  • Want to keep it for less? Free plan and more. Options

Before you cancel

What happens to your data

Files beyond the free quota stay in the account for 30 days; after that, excess files are moved to the Trash on a random basis and kept there another 15 days, when upgrading can still retrieve them. Free accounts with no activity for 12 months are closed and their files scheduled for deletion. A deleted account can be recovered for 3 months, then all data is permanently deleted.

What you lose

  • Storage above the free quota, starting 30 days after the plan ends
  • Files moved to the Trash once that window passes, unless you upgrade within the next 15 days
  • The free account itself after 12 months without activity

  • Lifetime plans are a one-time payment (99 years or the account holder's lifetime): there is no renewal to cancel. Family plans are sold as Lifetime only
  • Cancelling doesn't request a refund: within 14 days of paying, send pCloud an explicit written refund request
  • If you subscribed in the iOS or Android app, cancel through Apple or Google Play, not on pcloud.com

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/pcloud.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.

Delete your account (separate from cancelling)

Cancelling stops the payments; deleting removes the account and its data. Delete-account page (rated medium).
