How to cancel Notability

App Store subscriptions are cancelled in your Apple ID's Subscriptions, and Apple handles their refunds. Android plans go through Google Play. For website (Stripe) plans, contact Notability support: full refund within 14 days. Notes stay after cancelling; the free Starter plan limits edits.

The short answer

  • Where: On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name (Apple ID), then Subscriptions; or in Notability open Library, the settings icon, then Manage Subscription.
  • Billed another way? Cancel with them instead: Google Play.
  • Before you go: export Your notes, optionally with audio recordings. What to save
  • Want to keep it for less? Free plan and more. Options

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/notability.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
