The short answer
- Where: Log in to the Lusha dashboard, click your name in the left navigation, then go to Account & Settings and open Payment & Subscription (docs.lusha.com).
- When it ends: At the end of the current billing cycle; credits stay available until then, and the account then moves to the Free plan.
- Before you go: export Your lists (Lusha tables). What to save
- Want to keep it for less? Pause and more. Options
Before you cancel
Export first
- Your lists (Lusha tables): Export each list to CSV before the cancellation date, while the account is still on a paid plan (CSV). CSV export is a paid feature, so it needs a paid plan lusha.com
What happens to your data
Data collected on a paid plan stays accessible on the free account. Deleting the account removes the account and its data for good: cancel first, then ask Support once on the free plan. No retention period after deletion is stated.
What you lose
- Remaining credits: all remaining credits are lost when a subscription is cancelled, and stored credits reset on Free
- CSV export, which is a paid feature
- Paid plan features and seats beyond the Free plan's one seat
Cancel, by who bills you
Pick the route for whoever charges you: the name on your card statement or receipt tells you.

Keep it for less
Before cancelling, check whether one of these does the job. Offers change and differ by account.
- Pause Freeze a monthly plan for 1 or 2 months, up to twice a year with a 3-month gap, from the cancel flow; it needs admin access, pauses billing and new credits, and keeps your account and data docs.lusha.com
- Cheaper plan Downgrade to a cheaper plan by asking Lusha Support (dashboard chat or support@lusha.com); it takes effect at the end of the billing cycle, and extra members must be removed first docs.lusha.com lusha.com

For AI agents
- The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
- Retention step: After Continue cancel, the next screen offers a 1- or 2-month freeze (monthly plans) before Cancel Subscription; a cancellation reason is asked before Submit
- Only an admin can cancel; a team member without the admin role can't finish it
- Cancelling applies to every email that shares the subscription
- Revert Cancellation in Payment & Subscription undoes a cancellation before the billing cycle ends
- Freezing doesn't cancel billing for good; cancel separately if you want to leave
- Export your lists before cancelling, because CSV export is a paid feature
- Cancelling is not deleting: to delete the account, cancel first, then contact Support (support@lusha.com)
Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/lusha.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.
Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
