What happens to your data
The account moves to Basic. The help center says Basic accounts are disabled and their data erased after 12 months of inactivity; the terms let Jumpshare suspend or terminate free accounts inactive for 6 consecutive months. Deleting a workspace or account removes its data at once.
What you lose
- Paid-plan features, and storage above the lower plan's allowance, so back up files before downgrading
- On a cancelled Business plan, all team members are moved to Basic automatically
- A deleted workspace, with its data and members, cannot be recovered

- Downgrading to free stops the paid plan without deleting the workspace
- Deleting a workspace is permanent and only its owner can do it; the flow asks again whether you want to Change your Subscription instead
- Back up files before downgrading, because the free plan has less storage
- Paid Business and Plus accounts stay active only while the subscription payment is active
Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/jumpshare.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.
Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
