- Retention step: The flow asks you to select a cancellation reason before you review and confirm Cancel auto-renewal
- Cancelling only turns off auto-renewal: the subscription runs to the renewal date, with no mid-contract cancellation or refund
- The Terms make the auto-renewal switch in Account & Billing the notice of non-renewal: turn it off before the current term ends
- Turning auto-renewal back on applies to all cancelled products; turn it off again for any product you still want to cancel
- You can't delete the HubSpot account while any subscription still has an active commitment, even with auto-renewal off
- Unassigning a seat doesn't lower the bill: remove the unassigned seat, and the count still can't drop before renewal
- Free trials end after 14 days without an automatic charge
- Startup and nonprofit discounts cover net-new Professional or Enterprise products only; nonprofit pricing can't be applied to existing subscriptions
- Export CRM records and other data before the term ends
