How to cancel Hightouch

Hightouch documents no cancel button for self-serve plans, and workspace deletion isn't self-serve: Settings, then Workspace, routes you to support and every admin must approve. Order Form contracts renew automatically unless either side gives non-renewal notice at least 30 days before the term ends.

The short answer

  • Where: Remove or disconnect all sources, destinations, syncs and other resources in the workspace.
  • Contract notice: Written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days before the end of the then-current Service Term. How to give notice

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • Workspace deletion isn't self-serve; the option in Settings, then Workspace, routes to Hightouch support
  • Remove or disconnect every source, destination and sync before you request a workspace deletion
  • All current admins must approve a workspace deletion
  • A sync that ran in the previous calendar month counts as active even if it was later deleted or disabled
  • The terms allow ending a contract early only for an uncured material breach, on 30 days' written notice
  • Billing questions, including invoices and overages, go to accounting@hightouch.com

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/hightouch.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
