Keep it for less
Before cancelling, check whether one of these does the job. Offers change and differ by account.
- Free plan The Free plan lets you build forms, landing pages and link-in-bio pages to grow your list at no cost, but has no email sending or workflow automations. A trial that ends without a paid plan moves to Free automatically flodesk.com
- Cheaper plan Downgrade with the same Cancel or Downgrade button (Everything to Pro or Lite, Pro to Lite); the change takes effect at the end of the billing cycle. At the up-to-1,000-subscriber tier, Lite is $25 a month or $19 billed annually, against $28 / $25 for Pro and $54 / $49 for Everything. Lite needs 25,000 or fewer subscribers and one published workflow, with no Checkouts or Subscriptions help.flodesk.com flodesk.com
- Pay yearly Annual billing gives one month free compared with paying monthly flodesk.com
- Discount program There's no nonprofit discount; new sign-ups can lock in a discount by joining through a Flodesk member's affiliate or referral link help.flodesk.com
For AI agents
- The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
- Cancel or Downgrade is one button for both: choose cancel, not a lower plan, to stop paying
- Until the billing cycle ends, a scheduled cancellation can be reversed with Keep my subscription, so don't click it by mistake
- Cancelling keeps the account on the Free plan; to delete it, email support@flodesk.com (permanent, erases all data)
- Forms keep collecting subscribers after you cancel
- On a paid plan, going over your subscriber tier upgrades you automatically at the next billing date
- Export subscribers before deleting the account: the CSV link is emailed and expires after 24 hours
Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/flodesk.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.
Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
