How to cancel Fathom

Before you cancel

Export first

• Meeting recordings: On the Fathom Dashboard, select the meeting, click the three dots and select Download Video (MP4). To download a call someone shared with you, you need standard or admin access from the call owner help.fathom.video
• Transcripts: Open a recorded call and click Copy Transcript above the transcript; paste it elsewhere (Text copied to the clipboard). Transcripts can't be downloaded directly help.fathom.video

What happens to your data

Recordings and storage stay unlimited on the Free plan. Removing the app doesn't delete your content; after you delete your account, copies may persist in database backups for up to 30 days.

What you lose

• Unlimited advanced AI summaries (Free includes them for the first 5 calls each month)
• Premium features such as AI Action Items, AI Follow-Up Emails and custom AI summaries
• Team plans: team-wide recordings and insights (Team Calls) once the team account is inactive, until it's reactivated
