Before you cancel

Export first

• Customer Data, the term the Master Services Agreement uses: Request it within thirty (30) days of the end of the agreement; BigMarker makes it available for export or download, as described in its documentation. The request window is thirty days; the format is set by BigMarker's documentation, which the agreement refers to get.bigmarker.com

What happens to your data

You can request an export within 30 days of the end of the agreement; after that BigMarker has no duty to keep Customer Data. Under the Data Processing Addendum, BigMarker deletes all Customer Data within 60 days of a request made after termination, unless the law requires keeping it.

What you lose

• Customer Data once the thirty-day export request window closes
• Prepaid and unused subscription fees, which are not refunded
