How to cancel Uber One

In the Uber or Uber Eats app you joined in: Account, Uber One, Manage Membership, End membership, then confirm. Benefits run to the end of the billing cycle; charges already taken aren't refunded. Gotcha: unused Uber One credits expire with the membership, and cancelling a free trial ends it immediately.

The short answer

  • Where: Open the Uber or Uber Eats app you bought the membership in, go to Account, then Uber One.
  • When it ends: Benefits continue until the end of the current billing cycle; cancelling during a free trial ends benefits immediately.
  • Billed by someone else? Cancel with them instead: a partner.
  • Want to keep it for less? Pause and more. Options

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • Cancel in the same app (Uber or Uber Eats) the membership was bought in
  • Cancelling within 24 hours before renewal is safe: a renewal charge already taken is refunded automatically
  • Use Uber One credits first: they expire at the end of the membership cycle
  • Family members linked to the plan lose benefits at the same time
  • If a partner gave you Uber One, that partner may handle cancellation

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/uber_one.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.

Delete your account (separate from cancelling)

Cancelling stops the payments; deleting removes the account and its data. Delete-account page (rated impossible).
