Keep it for less

Before cancelling, check whether one of these does the job. Offers change and differ by account.

  • Free plan Free Grok plan, which lets you try Grok within generous limits. SuperGrok adds higher rate limits across all features x.ai
  • Cheaper plan Change plan from the web billing settings. The FAQ doesn't list the plans you can switch to docs.x.ai
  • Bundle SuperGrok access is included in X Premium+, which X bills. Cancel or ask for a refund through X, not in Grok help.x.com docs.x.ai

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • Cancel where you bought it: on grok.com, in the App Store, or in Google Play. SuperGrok through X Premium+ is cancelled through X
  • Ad blockers or extensions can block the Manage Subscription button; try an incognito window or another browser
  • A large unexpected invoice is often a SuperGrok Heavy yearly subscription, not API usage, so check the purchase date first
  • For payment or cancellation questions, the Terms point to support@x.ai
  • Deleting your account is a separate step (Settings on grok.com); the FAQ doesn't say it cancels a subscription, so cancel first

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/supergrok.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.

Delete your account (separate from cancelling)

Cancelling stops the payments; deleting removes the account and its data. Delete-account page (rated medium).
