How to cancel Picsart

On picsart.com open Settings, then Billing & Subscriptions, click Cancel subscription and choose Downgrade to free plan; app subscriptions are cancelled in the App Store or Google Play, Windows ones in the Microsoft Store. Paid features last until the period ends. Gotcha: deleting the app or account doesn't cancel.

Online, self-serve Subscriptions bought on the Picsart.com website, including the Ultra plan with Teams (sold only on the website). Who can cancel: The account holder (for Team plans, the Team Admin, who has access to billing).

  1. Go to picsart.com and log in

  2. Choose Manage next to the Picsart subscription, then select Cancel on the next page and follow the instructions
