How to cancel Mural

Cancel in the workspace's Manage workspace, Billing menu; you keep plan features until the Subscription Term ends. Prepaid fees are non-refundable, and mid-term downgrades apply at renewal. Signed order-form contracts renew yearly unless written notice arrives 30 days before the term ends. Export first: Mural may delete content afterwards.

The short answer

  • Where: Sign in and open the workspace's MANAGE WORKSPACE menu, then BILLING.
  • When it ends: You keep access to the account and the plan's features for the rest of the Subscription Term, and it stops renewing.
  • Contract notice: Notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the term ends; otherwise it renews for another year. How to give notice
  • Billed by someone else? Cancel with them instead: a partner.
  • Want to keep it for less? Free plan and more. Options

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • Annual plans: Mural sends a reminder before renewal with instructions to change or cancel
  • Export murals before the term ends: afterwards Mural may delete content
  • Signed order-form contracts renew for a year unless written notice arrives at least 30 days before the term ends
  • Mid-term downgrades don't reduce the current bill: they apply at renewal

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/mural.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
