Keep it for less

Before cancelling, check whether one of these does the job. Offers change and differ by account.

  • Free plan The Free plan: 1 user, 3 social media accounts and 5 posts each month. It may not be available to every account: check the Billing tab loomly.zendesk.com loomly.zendesk.com
  • Cheaper plan Pick a lower plan on the Billing tab and click Select Plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle (yearly plans only at the end of the 12-month contract), and you must be within the lower plan's feature limits. To downgrade a yearly plan sooner, take a full refund within the refund window, then resubscribe loomly.zendesk.com loomly.zendesk.com

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • Only the account that subscribed sees Cancel Subscription; collaborators and trial accounts don't
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before the billing date and keep the confirmation email
  • Cancelling a yearly plan before its anniversary date stops the auto-renewal; a yearly plan can only be downgraded at the end of its 12-month contract
  • Within the refund window, app.loomly.com/refund_requests refunds in full and removes the subscription immediately; a charge disputed with your bank can't be refunded
  • Refunds are full but time-limited: within 60 days of an annual payment or 20 days of a monthly one
  • Deleting the account is a separate privacy request that takes around a week, and calendars you own must be transferred or deleted first
  • Loomly has no pause option: cancel instead, and keep using it until the renewal date

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/loomly.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
