For AI agents
- The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
- Retention step: Before Proceed cancellation, the flow asks you to check a box acknowledging what cancelling entails and to choose a reason
- Only admins and the workspace owner can cancel
- Cancel before the renewal date: there is no refund after it
- There's no pause feature; Reactivate plan undoes a cancellation
- Deleting the workspace is a separate step; as long as the workspace exists, team members, integrations and settings are kept
- Back up event data before the deletion date, or resubscribe before it, to keep it
- New monthly or yearly plans are no longer sold under the active contact billing model
Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/livestorm.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.
Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
