What happens to your data

Previously rendered videos stay saved and accessible under Projects on the Free plan; extra avatars are locked, not deleted. After termination HeyGen may delete your content, with no period stated.

What you lose

• Unused credits, which expire when the paid plan ends (pausing also wipes them)
• Avatars beyond the Free plan's 1, which become locked
• Add-ons, because cancelling cancels the whole subscription
