How to cancel Fotor

Website plans: Account Setting, Subscription, Manage Plan, Cancel your subscription, then Downgrade to free plan, at least 24 hours before renewal. App purchases are cancelled with Apple or Google Play. Fees aren't refunded; download work that uses paid assets before the plan ends.

Export first

  • Edited photos and designs: Open the work in the Photo Editor, Design or Collage, click Download in the upper-right corner, choose the format, then click Download at the bottom of the panel (Photo Editor: JPG or PNG. Design and Collage: JPG, PNG or PDF. AI Image Generator: JPG. Background Remover: PNG). Work that used paid features, effects or assets needs Pro or Pro+ to download, so download it before the plan ends. What happens to your data

Your free account stays open, but Fotor's Terms say cancelling may cause loss of user data, features or capacity, that Fotor is not a backup, and that deleting the account deletes its content. No retention period is stated.

What you lose

  • Paid design resources: you can't use them, edit Final Work made with them, or use downloaded paid resources in new work
  • Final Work made during the plan must be published within 30 days after the plan ends
  • Downloads of work that used paid features, effects or assets
