Before you cancel
Export first
- Photos from your Camera Roll or albums: On the web, select items in your Camera Roll, or use the Download icon on an album, and create a .zip file (.zip file). Up to 500 items per zip; videos are excluded from all bulk downloads; original and large-size (over 1024px) downloads need Pro, so download originals before Pro ends flickrhelp.com
- All of your Flickr data: Select your profile photo, then Settings, and choose Request My Flickr Data (.zip archives). Compiling takes anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks, depending on the amount of content flickrhelp.com
What happens to your data

Keep it for less
Before cancelling, check whether one of these does the job. Offers change and differ by account.
- Pay yearly Pay yearly ($82) or every two years ($148) instead of $11 a month (US prices, plus tax) flickrhelp.com
- Free plan Drop to a free account, which can't hold over 1,000 items; content over the free limits is at risk of suspension or deletion flickrhelp.com flickrhelp.com
For AI agents
- The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
- Cancel an Apple or Google Play purchase from the Flickr app or the store, not on the Flickr website
- Cancel at least one day before the next billing date
- Back up content, including original-size photos, before Pro ends; videos aren't included in bulk downloads
- Deleting the account is separate from cancelling Pro and can't be undone
- Public images from deleted accounts may still appear in third-party search engines, like Google
Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/flickr.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.
Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
Delete your account (separate from cancelling)
Cancelling stops the payments; deleting removes the account and its data. Delete-account page (rated easy).
