Keep it for less

Before cancelling, check whether one of these does the job. Offers change and differ by account.

  • Pay yearly Yearly billing is 8% off and biennial billing is 15% off, per the all-in-one pricing page engagebay.com
  • Free plan A free plan for teams of up to 15 members, with a 250-contact limit engagebay.com
  • Cheaper plan Lower the plan level: the new rate is charged from your next billing cycle, and downgrading may cost you access to some content or features engagebay.com

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • The terms say an email or phone request doesn't count as cancelling: cancel on the plans page, or check it shows as cancelled after support handles it
  • Free trials bill your card the day after the trial ends unless you cancel first
  • Export contacts to CSV before cancelling, because user content is forfeited on termination
  • Annual-plan refunds are tied to short windows (three days, one month); after two months there are none
  • Upgrades and downgrades are charged at the new rate from the next billing cycle

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/engagebay.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
