How to cancel ZipBooks

ZipBooks' public pages don't give in-app steps to cancel a paid plan. Its Terms let you end the agreement by written notice (postal, to its Lehi, Utah address) and by closing your accounts where offered, or ask help@zipbooks.com to delete the account. Data may be deactivated, not deleted. A free Starter plan exists.

Keep it for less

For AI agents

  • The Terms document deleting the account by email and ending the agreement by written notice; they don't say either stops a paid plan's billing, so ask ZipBooks to confirm in writing that billing has stopped
  • The Terms say you don't need to tell ZipBooks when you stop using the Services, but stopping use doesn't by itself end a paid plan
  • Delete anything you want removed before closing the account: after cancelling, information may be deactivated but not deleted
  • Support is by live chat during office hours (Mon-Fri 8am-4pm MT) or email at help@zipbooks.com

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/zipbooks.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
