How to cancel Bizee

To stop Bizee's registered agent service (free the first year with an LLC formation; $149/year standalone), name a new agent with your state and notify Bizee before it expires, or it may renew. Gotcha: renewals are charged by Bizee's partner and can't be reversed. Virtual Address cancel steps aren't published.
