How to cancel Veriff

Self-serve plans bill monthly: a minimum ($49, $99 or $209) plus a price per verification. Veriff's public pages don't describe a cancel button, so ask Veriff through its help center; Enterprise contracts go through sales. Gotcha: session data is deleted when your plan's retention period ends, with no warning.

The short answer

  • Where: Save any verification session data you need first: it is kept only for your plan's retention period (3 months on Essential, 6 on Plus and Premium), and Veriff doesn't warn before deleting it (help.veriff.com).
  • Want to keep it for less? Cheaper plan and more. Options

Before you cancel

What happens to your data

Verification session data is stored for your plan's retention period: 3 months on Essential, 6 months on Plus and Premium, or 2 years with the extended-retention add-on. Veriff sends no notice before retention expires and data is deleted.

What you lose

  • Verification session data once your plan's retention period ends

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • Self-serve plans carry a monthly minimum ($49, $99 or $209) on top of per-verification pricing
  • The free trial (up to 50 sessions) ends after 15 days or 50 sessions, whichever comes first, and billing on the selected plan starts then; changing plan during the trial ends it
  • Session data is kept only for the plan's retention period and Veriff gives no warning before deleting it: save what you need first
  • Requests to delete personal data go to privacy@veriff.com

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/veriff.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
