Keep it for less
Before cancelling, check whether one of these does the job. Offers change and differ by account.
- Fewer seats Lower your employee licenses: in Manage Subscription, under Manage Bookable Calendars, choose fewer calendars, then Save support.vagaro.com
- Cheaper plan Turn off add-on features with their toggles, or pick smaller email, text and Vagaro Drive plans, in Manage Subscription; the new subscription total shows at the bottom support.vagaro.com
- Pause There is no pause setting: cancel the account and reactivate it when you're ready to resume. Reactivating restores your business data and customer list, and the subscription is charged again support.vagaro.com support.vagaro.com
For AI agents
- The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
- Retention step: The flow asks you to select reasons for cancelling and enter feedback, then to agree to the cancellation policy, before the final Cancel Subscription
- Only the business account owner can cancel or pause; other users can't
- Export or print sales data and the customer list before cancelling
- Cancelling also closes the business's merchant (payment processing) accounts unless another Vagaro business uses them
- To pause, cancel and reactivate later; there is no pause switch
- Billing is monthly, on the day the subscription began; a free trial turns into a paid subscription charged to the card on file unless cancelled during the trial
- Subscription fees are never refunded, so cancel before the next monthly billing date
- Reactivating later charges the subscription again; after a non-payment closure it also charges the outstanding balance and a $5 US/CA/AU (£5 GBP) late fee
Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/vagaro.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.
Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
