How to cancel SEON

Signed SEON Order Forms are non-cancellable and renew automatically unless written notice reaches legal@seon.io at least 60 days before expiry. Online orders with no fixed term end by email to info@seon.io, with immediate effect. Customer Data can be exported for 30 days after termination.

Before you cancel

Export first

  • Customer Data: Retrieve and export it during the 30 days after termination or expiration; the Terms say SEON makes it available for this. Available for at least 30 days after the effective date of termination or expiration; after that SEON returns or deletes it under the DPA seon.io

Customer Data stays available to retrieve for at least 30 days after termination; then SEON returns or deletes it under the DPA.

Pick the route for whoever charges you: the name on your card statement or receipt tells you.

Signed Order Form

By email Services bought under a signed Order Form, including renewals of it. Who can cancel: The customer named in the signed Order Form.

  1. Check the signed Order Form for the term and the expiry date
  2. At least 60 days before the term expires, email written notice of non-renewal to legal@seon.io, the notice address in Section 16.1 of the Terms
  3. Don't plan on ending early or on a refund: a signed Order Form is non-cancellable, except for SEON's uncured material breach or the other cases the Terms list

Online orders

By email Services ordered online (an Online Order) rather than under a signed Order Form, where the online order doesn't state a fixed term. Who can cancel: The customer on the online order.
