Keep it for less
Before cancelling, check whether one of these does the job. Offers change and differ by account.
- Fewer seats Lower seats with the minus button and Schedule seat reduction; the count can't go below active users (deactivate users first) or below the 5-seat minimum. Reductions take effect at the next billing period support.scoro.com scoro.com scoro.com
- Cheaper plan Remove apps you no longer use; the subscription updates to match your active apps and user count. Lower-priced packages take effect at the start of the next billing period, and not during a commitment period support.scoro.com scoro.com

For AI agents
- The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
- Retention step: The cancel flow lets you give a reason, which the article describes as optional; no retention offer is documented
- The Cancel button sends a request to Scoro's team; it is not documented as instant, so keep the team's reply
- Cancel at least 30 days before the billing period ends, or the contract renews for another period
- To lower seats, deactivate users first: the seat count can't go below active users or the 5-seat minimum
- Unsubscribing from one core app keeps that app's historical data, which comes back when you resubscribe
- A 14-day free trial needs a prepayment by its end to continue; otherwise Scoro may close the account
Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/scoro.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.
Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
