How to cancel PicMonkey

Sign in on PicMonkey.com, open Manage Your Account, Billing, then Cancel Subscription and confirm; you keep access until the billing period ends. Cancel before the renewal date: cancelling doesn't refund the current term. Download images first, because cancelled accounts can't download from Hub. Apple and Google Play billing are cancelled there.

The short answer

  • Where: Sign in to your PicMonkey account on PicMonkey.com (picmonkey.com).
  • When it ends: The subscription stays active until the end of your billing period, and you won't be charged again unless you renew.
  • Billed by someone else? Cancel with them instead: Apple or Google Play.
  • Before you go: export Images and designs saved in Hub. What to save
  • Want to keep it for less? Cheaper plan and more. Options

Before you cancel

Export first

  • Images and designs saved in Hub: While subscribed, select images in Hub, click the download icon, pick a file type and click Download; GIFs and MP4s are downloaded one at a time from the Editor (A ZIP of PNG or JPG files (PDF on Pro); Pro can also download MP4 and GIF). Downloading needs a paid plan, so do it before the subscription ends; one file type per batch picmonkey.com picmonkey.com

What happens to your data

Hub images stay saved after cancelling, and you can still view them. No fixed retention period is given. Deleting the account erases your profile, personal data and saved files; anonymous logs and legally required payment records are kept as long as the law requires.

What you lose

  • Downloading and sharing your Hub images
  • Paid features

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • Download what you need from Hub before the paid period ends: cancelled and free accounts can't download or share images
  • Cancel before the renewal date; cancelling on the day itself may still be charged
  • If the Billing page shows Renew Subscription, the subscription is already cancelled
  • Apple and Google Play subscriptions are cancelled in the store; PicMonkey can't refund Apple-billed charges
  • Support is by the messenger in the Help Centre; there is no phone number. Deleting the account is separate from cancelling

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/picmonkey.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
