Before you cancel

Export first

  • Form submissions (results): From your dashboard, open the form and select Submissions, then download all results in one file; individual results can be downloaded one at a time (CSV for all results; PDF or Word doc for individual results). What happens to your data

The account stays dormant and keeps your forms and data for 12 months, after which submission and form data may be deleted (queued for deletion and purging after 12 months). Deleting the account schedules all data for removal, but Papersign documents are always retained.

What you lose

  • Your forms are no longer live to the public, and you can't create or edit forms
  • After 12 months, submission and form data may be deleted
  • After deleting the account: all data, including submissions, and use of the same email address for at least 30 days

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/paperform.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
