Mullvad sells prepaid account time, not a plan with a cancel button: stop topping up and the account expires when its time runs out. To delete the account, email support@mullvadvpn.net. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies, except to cash and crypto payments.

Payment transaction IDs are deleted after 20 days, some payment information is kept for seven years from the end of the fiscal year under law, and support emails are erased after 70 days.
