How to cancel Lattice

Lattice is sold on annual contracts ($4,000 minimum) that renew automatically for the same term. To stop renewal, send Lattice written notice at least 30 days before the term ends; email to the address in your Order Form counts. Fees aren't refundable.

The short answer

  • Where: Find your Order Form: it sets the renewal date and the email address Lattice receives notices at (help.lattice.com).
  • When it ends: At the end of the current Initial Subscription Term or Renewal Term.
  • Contract notice: Written notice at least 30 days before the end of the current term; otherwise the Order Form renews for another term of the same length. How to give notice
  • Before you go: export Your Customer Content. What to save

Before you cancel

Export first

  • Your Customer Content: Lattice makes a downloadable file available on request, or on termination or expiration of the subscription. The Terms don't give a deadline for requesting it; content is kept in inactive status for six months after the subscription ends cdn.prod.website-files.com

What happens to your data

Customer Content is kept in inactive status for six months after termination or expiration, then securely and permanently deleted; Lattice may shorten this to comply with privacy laws.

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/lattice.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
