Before you cancel

What happens to your data

After cancelling, GlossGenius may keep account data as required by law or in its ordinary data retention and backup systems, and you can reinstate the account through support@glossgenius.com. Deleting the account deletes its data (except what law requires) and can't be undone.

• Access to your GlossGenius account and its data
• Everything, permanently, if you delete the account instead of cancelling: it can't be reinstated
