How to cancel Fingerprint

Paid plans renew each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 30 days before the next one starts. Fingerprint's docs show no cancel button, so ask support (fingerprint.com/support) early. Usage bills monthly by API requests, fees are non-refundable, and a trial simply drops to the Free plan.

The short answer

  • Where: Sign in to the Fingerprint dashboard (dashboard.fingerprint.com) and find the workspace whose plan you want to end, under Settings > Workspaces: each plan is tied to a workspace (fingerprint.com).
  • When it ends: The subscription stops renewing once cancelled at least 30 days before the Renewal Commencement Date (the first day after the current billing cycle).
  • Contract notice: The online Terms require cancelling at least 30 days before the Renewal Commencement Date; an order form may set its own terms. How to give notice
  • Want to keep it for less? Free plan and more. Options

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • Cancel at least 30 days before the next billing cycle starts, or it renews for another cycle
  • Each plan is tied to a workspace: check every workspace you pay for
  • A trial needs no cancelling: it drops to the Free plan unless you upgrade
  • If an unintended traffic spike ran up API requests, submit a forgiveness request on the dashboard's Billing page
  • Fingerprint may end a Free plan at any time, and may suspend Free accounts with no API calls for 90 days

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/fingerprint.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
