How to cancel Canny

An Owner-level admin cancels at the very bottom of the Billing page in settings: pick a reason, then click Cancel subscription. Access lasts to the end of the billing cycle. Cancelling doesn't delete the workspace; deleting it (Delete tab) erases all data and needs the subscription cancelled first.

Delete the workspace
