How to cancel Browserless

Browserless says you can switch plans or cancel anytime, but the in-account steps aren't documented. The Terms let you end them by notifying the company; support@browserless.io is the only address they give. Your stored email is destroyed once you cancel and the billing period expires.

The short answer

  • Where: Sign in to the Account Dashboard (browserless.io).
  • When it ends: Not documented; the privacy policy ties deleting your data to cancelling and the end of the billing period.
  • Want to keep it for less? Free plan and more. Options

Before you cancel

Keep it for less

Before cancelling, check whether one of these does the job. Offers change and differ by account.

  • Free plan Free plan with 1k units a month and 2 concurrent browsers browserless.io
  • Cheaper plan Switch to a smaller plan at any time browserless.io
  • Pay yearly Pay yearly instead of monthly; the pricing page labels yearly billing Save 30% browserless.io

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • The pricing page's only cancellation line is 'Switch plans or cancel anytime.'; the steps behind it aren't documented
  • Payment details are held by Stripe, not Browserless, which keeps only your zip code and country
  • To ask for deletion of personal information, contact the Privacy Compliance Officer at support@browserless.io
  • No confirmation step is documented, so ask for written confirmation of any cancellation

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/browserless.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
