How to cancel BambooHR

Contact BambooHR to cancel (its Terms list support@bamboohr.com, 801-724-6600 and a legal address). Month-to-Month plans end on the last day of the month you cancel. Extended Terms can't be cancelled mid-term and renew for 12 months without 60 days' notice. Data is deleted 30 days after the plan ends.

Export first

What happens to your data

You can download Customer Data for 30 days after the subscription ends, then BambooHR deletes it. Payroll data and other Customer Data may be kept for 7 years to meet legal and tax requirements for payroll services.

  • Access to your Customer Data after the 30-day download window
  • The download window entirely, if BambooHR ends the subscription for nonpayment
