How to cancel Axiom

Someone with billing permissions downgrades in Settings > Plan (More > Downgrade); the Personal plan is free. Fees accrued before termination stay due. Deleting the organization (Settings > General) ends access to its data, so back up first. Contracts renew automatically without written notice 30 days before term end.

The short answer

  • Where: Make sure your role has permission to modify billing.
  • Contract notice: Written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the current term; otherwise it renews automatically. How to give notice
  • Billed by someone else? Cancel with them instead: a partner.
  • Want to keep it for less? Free plan and more. Options

Keep it for less

Before cancelling, check whether one of these does the job. Offers change and differ by account.

  • Free plan The Personal plan is free and needs no credit card; it includes 500 GB a month of data loading compute and 30-day retention axiom.co
  • Discount program On Axiom Cloud, pre-purchase compute credits in advance at a discount instead of paying list price for usage axiom.co axiom.co

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • To cap charges without cancelling, set a monthly spending limit (Settings > Billing, Limit, Manage limit): at the limit Axiom pauses actions that generate further costs, and the limit resets the next billing period
  • Lowering the default dataset retention immediately deletes older data in every dataset that inherits it, and can't be undone
  • Back up data before deleting an organization: it can't be accessed afterwards
  • Axiom's terms renew subscriptions automatically at the end of each term unless written notice of non-renewal arrives at least 30 days before it ends
  • Axiom Cloud has a platform fee plus usage, with no minimum commitment

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/axiom.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
