How to cancel Alteryx

Alteryx documents no self-serve cancel: licenses run for the term in your Order Form (or a reseller's paperwork), and fees are non-refundable. When a term ends you must remove all copies of the software, and Alteryx deletes your content in its cloud products.

Through sales Licenses and cloud products bought from Alteryx under an Order Form that references the End User License Agreement (all editions are sold through Contact Sales). Who can cancel: The customer that signed the Order Form.
