The short answer
- Where: Open the workspace's Plan and billing section.
- When it ends: The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then the workspace goes back to the Free plan.
- Before you go: export Table data in your Softr apps. What to save
- Want to keep it for less? Free plan and more. Options
Before you cancel
Export first
- Table data in your Softr apps: Use the Export action on a Table block to download the table's data (CSV or Excel spreadsheet). This is an in-app action; Softr's docs don't describe a full workspace or account export docs.softr.io
- Invoices and receipts: In Plan and billing, open the Invoices section and click View invoice to download the invoice or the receipt docs.softr.io
What you lose
- Paid-plan features once the billed period ends: the workspace falls back to the Free plan (up to 3 builders and 5 app users)
- Workflow runs past the Free plan's monthly execution limit, which pause until the limit renews

For AI agents
- The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
- Each workspace has its own subscription: cancel every paid workspace
- Only the workspace owner can open Plans and billing and change the plan
- After cancelling, Change Plan shows Re-activate until the billed period ends, then Upgrade once the workspace is back on Free
- Refunds are by email to support@softr.io: within 14 days of the first monthly payment, or 30 days of the first yearly payment
- Extra custom domains and extra app users are billed monthly on top of the plan
Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/softr.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.
Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
