Keep it for less

Before cancelling, check whether one of these does the job. Offers change and differ by account.

  • Free plan SketchUp Free includes SketchUp for Web with a few other features, and 10 GB of cloud storage help.sketchup.com help.sketchup.com
  • Cheaper plan Move to a cheaper plan such as Go (iPad and web only); on annual plans the downgrade starts when the current period ends and you keep your current features until then. Keep auto-renewal on so the lower plan renews help.sketchup.com sketchup.trimble.com
  • Fewer seats In the Trimble Admin Console, open the subscription, click Manage, then Remove licenses, choose how many to remove and click Confirm changes help.sketchup.com
  • Student or nonprofit price Student and educator plans billed annually per user, and SketchUp for Schools, free with a Google Workspace for Education or Microsoft Education account sketchup.trimble.com

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • Deleting your Trimble account does not cancel your subscriptions
  • Subscriptions are moving from the Account Management Portal to the Trimble Admin Console; accounts with several subscriptions may need to check both
  • To switch from annual to monthly, turn off auto-renewal on the annual plan first and change only at the end of the term, or you may be charged for both
  • You can turn auto-renewal back on any time before the renewal date
  • App Store subscriptions, including free trials, are cancelled in Apple's settings; to move from an App Store Go plan to Pro, cancel with Apple first

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/sketchup.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.

Delete your account (separate from cancelling)

Cancelling stops the payments; deleting removes the account and its data. Delete-account page (rated hard).
