The short answer
- Where: Open your account page and go to the billing settings (replicate.com).
- When it ends: Turning off auto reload stops new credit purchases. With prepaid credit, new work is blocked once the balance hits zero, and any run that went over is charged to your default payment method at the end of the month. Usage billed in arrears is charged at the start of the next month.
- Before you go: export Prediction inputs, outputs, output files and logs. What to save
- Want to keep it for less? Discount program and more. Options
Before you cancel
Export first
- Prediction inputs, outputs, output files and logs: Save your own copies. Predictions made through the API are removed after an hour by default; predictions made on the website are kept until you delete them. No bulk export is documented. API prediction data is gone an hour after the run unless you saved it replicate.com
- The personal information Replicate keeps about you: Ask for access by emailing privacy@replicate.com replicate.com
What happens to your data
The privacy policy gives no fixed period: personal information is kept as long as needed to provide the Services, and residual copies may stay in backup systems for a limited period. Account data may be deleted.
What you lose
- Access to the Account and the information or files inside it, which may be deleted
- Community Models you shared, which Replicate may keep hosting after you delete your Account
- Unused prepaid credit, which is not refundable
- Prediction data made through the API, which is removed an hour after each run by default
Cancel, by who bills you
Pick the route for whoever charges you: the name on your card statement or receipt tells you.
Usage billing (arrears or prepaid credit)
- Open your account page and go to the billing settings
- If you buy prepaid credit, edit or disable auto reload in the billing settings
- Stop running models. If you cancel a run of an official model you may still be charged, and runs of private models and deployments are billed for the time their instances were active
- Delete each deployment: go to Deployments, select the deployment, open Settings, then select Delete deployment. A deployment must be offline and unused for at least 15 minutes first
- Repeat these steps in each organization you run models as, since its usage is billed to the organization's card
- Access ends
- Turning off auto reload stops new credit purchases. With prepaid credit, new work is blocked once the balance hits zero, and any run that went over is charged to your default payment method at the end of the month. Usage billed in arrears is charged at the start of the next month
- Refunds
- Purchased credit is valid for 1 year from the purchase date and is not refundable. Unused amounts are forfeited on expiration

- Access ends

- Notice
- Before the renewal date. Subscriptions renew automatically for periods of the same length as the initial subscription period
Delete the account
- Delete your Account, as section 9.3 of the Terms describes. Replicate's public docs don't show where the delete option is

For AI agents
- The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
- Turning off auto reload stops new credit purchases but doesn't close the account
- Deployments and private models bill for all the time their instances are online: delete deployments you no longer need
- A deployment can be deleted only after it has been offline and unused for at least 15 minutes
- Organizations have their own shared billing: stop usage in each one
- Cancelling a run of an official model can still be charged
- Prepaid credit expires a year after purchase and is not refundable
- A subscription cancellation must reach support before the renewal date
Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/replicate.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.
Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.
