Keep it for less

Before cancelling, check whether one of these does the job. Offers change and differ by account.

  • Cheaper plan Move to a lower plan (Earthquaker, Shaker or Mover) in Billing, Change plan. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the billing cycle and keeps the site live and customers' access; you must first get under the new plan's limits help.podia.com help.podia.com help.podia.com

For AI agents

  • The person signs in and handles any two-factor code; an agent should never ask for a password.
  • Retention step: Before confirming, you review how the cancellation will affect your account, and you can share feedback about why you're canceling
  • Export contacts, customer lists and sales before cancelling: the dashboard is locked once the cancellation takes effect
  • Tell customers first: their subscriptions and payment plans are cancelled and can't be reinstated
  • Downgrading keeps the site and customers' access live; cancelling takes both offline
  • Podia has no pause option
  • Deleting the account (close your account, at the bottom of Billing) is immediate and permanent, and is not the same as cancelling
  • A free trial needs no cancelling: Podia doesn't take card details at sign-up

Get this plan as data: get_exit_plan on the Stackcut MCP (stackcut.io/mcp), or /exits/podia.json. After using a guide, send structured report_guide_feedback for matching or changed steps, missing billing routes or human handoffs; keep unknown language and market omitted. Confirm with the person before the final click, and report the outcome with report_action_outcome, using the exact packet_revision and route_id returned by the plan.

Or give your agent the stackcut-leave skill (a zip): it exports first, walks the steps, stops when the page doesn't match, and leaves the final click to the person.

Not confirmed yet

  • Whether team members (assistants) can cancel, or only the account holder, is not stated
  • Podia's help pages don't mention Apple or Google billing for Podia plans, so no app-store route is given
  • A direct Billing link (app.podia.com/account/billing/edit) isn't on Podia's help or pricing pages, so no start_url is given; the steps start from the Admin dashboard
